This policy describes the Piczo app and this website. Piczo is a local photo organization app; it does not require a Piczo account.

Piczo accesses only the photos you allow through system Photos permissions. Images, available photo metadata and recognized text are used to analyze related content, organize albums and create long screenshots. You can change access in system Settings at any time.
On-device processing and storage
Photo analysis, text recognition, feature extraction, search and grouping run on your device. Album records, analysis results, derived indexes and app preferences are stored locally in Piczo’s App Group. We do not receive your photo library, recognized text or feature vectors. The app includes tools to manage local data in Settings.
When a network connection is used
Apple’s Photos service may download originals stored in iCloud. Optional analysis models may be downloaded through Apple’s resource services on supported devices. Those connections are needed for the requested resources and do not send your photo library to us for analysis. Apple’s processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
Purchases
Lifetime Pro is handled by Apple’s App Store. Piczo checks verified StoreKit transactions to enable benefits and handles restored or revoked purchases. We do not receive your bank card details. The choice to include a watermark is stored locally; it is not proof of a purchase.
Sharing and deletion
Sharing creates an exported image and passes it to the destination you choose through the system share sheet. That destination may receive the shared content under its own policies. Album creation and screenshot export do not alter the original photos. Any photo deletion is a separate user-confirmed action.
This website and email
This website has no analytics SDKs, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Your language and theme choices may be stored in your browser so they can be remembered. The hosting service may process normal access logs such as an IP address and requested page to deliver the website. If you email support, your address and message are used to respond to your request; please avoid sending sensitive photos or credentials.
Your choices and contact
You can revoke Photos access, clear supported local data in the app, remove the app, or clear this website’s browser storage. For questions about privacy or information you sent by email, contact the developer below. This policy will be updated if the app’s data handling changes.
